It's nice to know if your famous you can still go to jail...then again, not really!  That blows for Motley Crue's  Vince Neil who will serve two weeks in jail for a DUI.  According to MTV.Com:

The Mötley Crüe singer has accepted a plea deal with prosecutors in Las Vegas on Tuesday that will send the 49-year-old rocker to the slammer for two weeks followed by two weeks of house arrest in connection with a DUI arrest last summer.

Neil did release a statement, that made a LOT OF SENSE:

"I have recognized that you can't drink and drive at all."

The DUI charge happened in Las Vegas last year in the month of June.  Neil was driving his black Lamborghini.  Oh and here's the funny part.  The week before his DUI arrest, he proclaimed his sobriety.  Hmmm.  Bummer.
