TWIN FALLS, Idaho (KLIX)-A firefighter who has been with the Twin Falls Fire Department for 30 years is now the newest battalion chief. During Monday night's Twin Falls City Council meeting, the Twin Falls Fire Chief Les Kenworthy appointed Aaron Hudson as Battalion Chief. According to the Twin Falls Fire Department, Hudson joined the department in 1994 as a firefighter, was promoted in 1997 to driver, then in 2009 made a captain. Also during the city council meeting, four new firefighters were welcomed: Avery Rooks, Cody Jueden, Christian Casey, and Mitchell Wilson. The men took an oath and were given their badges.
