September 11th, 2001 changed us, and the event to help remember that day in Twin Falls is going to be even bigger this year.

There was an amazing 9-11 Memorial at the Twin Falls Visitors Center and the Perrine Bridge on Saturday. Hundreds of people gathered together to eat food, talk, remember and teach others about what occurred that day.

All of this takes place near Crossroads Point.

I was witness to some pictures most people never saw.

The tragedy cast a long shadow on the rock world and, in the days that followed, that shadow only lengthened.

Ozzy Osbourne is trying to set the record straight after the Mail Online posted a story today saying the Black Sabbath frontman felt "excited" after the 9/11 attacks because it was "my kind of craziness."

To honor the lives lost on Sept. 11, 2001, Billy Joel participated with New York Governor Andrew Cuomo and a group of firefighters in a motorcycle ride in Manhattan. The route they took -- from a firehouse on W. 43rd St. down the West Side Highway to Ground Zero -- followed the path taken by Rescue 1, which lost half of its members, on that day 12 years ago.

All of us remember exactly what you were doing when you heard the towers were hit.  I can still remember the way the room smelled that I was in.  It was a terrifying day and I remember I called both of my parents and told them how much I loved them.  It really rocked my world and it still does.  After the jump there's a video that was just released and it's still hard to watch.
