It is one of the best times of the year to get out and shop and browse, and there is an event taking place this weekend that is a must-go for everyone in the area.
The afternoon also aims at raising awareness of the sad reality of veteran suicide, which claimed more than 500 lives in 2018 and continues to happen at a high rate in the country, according to a U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs annual suicide prevention report.
A local group in Twin Falls will be holding a special event this spring to raise awareness for suicide prevention and will unite the community as well.
Area vendors will also be on-site exhibiting handmade goods, and chairs and blankets are encouraged so attendees can relax, sip and eat on the garden's grassy grounds.
We would like to thank each and everyone one of you who brought family and friends out to this year's event. Your donations are going to help feed a good number of people throughout the Magic Valley.
