strange requests

So the fiance STILL hasn't made a dental appointment yet, even though I got my phone fixed and lived up to my side of the bargain.  Anyways, here are the top ten strangest (stupidest) dental requests...Hopefully the finance won't ask any of these.  They're after the jump.
