A parking lot feud spilled over into a Filer Avenue pub Monday night prior to city police arriving to investigate an argument between a male and female adult resulting in a reported assault involving a 'deadly weapon.'

A 32-year-old, Twin Falls man is facing aggravated battery charges after allegedly forcing a woman to the ground outside Woody's 2.0 and reportedly hitting her with a car, according to details shared by KMVT.
This is an ongoing investigation and all parties are innocent until proven guilty in court, so we will not disclose names of those involved.

According to KMVT, the incident happened around 11 P.M. on January 19. A Magic Valley Rants / Raves post has been circulating this week by someone claiming to have been in Woody's at the time the alleged assault took place. It's been reported that alcohol may have been a major influence in the incident.

The social media post contains conflicting view points on what took place inside the bar following the assault. The woman involved allegedly announced to staff members that she had been a victim of a crime. Police are currently reviewing video of the incident, according to KMVT.
