Twin Falls Fight Ends with Man Biting Off Another Man’s Ear

Remember the Mike Tyson versus Evander Holyfield fight where Holyfield's ear was bitten off by Tyson?  In case you didn't watch it live like I did, here's a refresher:

It seems something similar happened in Twin Falls.  According to MagicValley.com:

A man bit the top of an ear off of another man and spat it back at him during a fight, say Twin Falls County sheriff's deputies.

It seems that a fight broke out between Roger N. Evans and Dallis Houle, during the tussle Mr. Houle fell over a barrel and Mr. Evans then landed on top of Mr. Houle.

As he tried to get away, Evans bit his ear and wouldn't let go. As Houle pulled away, his ear ripped off.

It's turned into a he said, he said, because when Evans was questioned why he bit Houle's ear and spat it back at him, he replied:

[Evans] accused Houle of hitting him, throwing him to the ground and shoving his thumb in Evans' eye.
