An old video clip from a few years back of an Idaho couple's alleged Bigfoot sighting in Sun Valley has resurfaced on social media. The footage appears to show some strange upright creature fleeing into some tall bushes following a shotgun blast by one of the witnesses. Is this video staged or real?

Alleged Bigfoot recordings and trembling camera work appear to go hand in hand. The most famous wobbly Bigfoot footage is of course the 1967 Patterson-Gimlin recording, which was shot in Northern California on the Klamath River. The nearly minute-long, grainy, turbulent video shows what looks like a large ape rapidly walking through the forest before disappearing.

After firing a shotgun blast into some trees, the female holding the gun appears to become startled by something moving on the other side of the river. Whatever the thing is in the video looks more alien than Sasquatch to me.

Many Americans have a fascination with Sasquatch. Personally, I think the lore is a bunch of hooey. As far as the debate goes, I side with those who believe that if a creature such as Bigfoot actually existed, it would have been killed or captured by now.

A video of a couple in the Sun Valley region of Idaho was recently reshared on the Facebook page of Project Cryptid. After firing a shotgun blast into some trees, the female holding the gun appears to become startled by something moving on the other side of the river. Whatever the thing is in the video looks more alien than Sasquatch to me.

Do you believe this footage is staged or real? If it is real, what do you think the couple captured on video that afternoon?
