TWIN FALLS, Idaho (KLIX)- Most streets closed due to flooding opened late Wednesday night as water receded. According to Twin Falls Police after the rain let up in evening most road that had been closed, including the underpass on Eastland south of Kimberly Road,  were opened. Canyon Springs Road that leads to Centennial Park and sewer treatment plant is expected to open later Thursday if no structural damage is found. Several streets still have water on them and are barricaded including Cheney West of Washington and at Heyburn and Maurice. Police have closed the canyon rim trails as a precaution at this time.
