There are two trains of thought on a brand new doughnut that has been introduced by Boston, MA's own Kane's Handcrafted Donuts. The first, a Bostonian way of looking at it is, anything is good when it comes to donuts as long as there is good coffee served with it...or as a Bostonian would say "wicked good cahfee!" And if it also includes Boston's favorite delicacy, "lobstah", then order two!

Another train of thought is that there are limits to what you can do with the pastry before it is no longer a donut. These are the people that are calling Kane's new lobster donut not a donut at all, but that its more of a sandwich. And there are some in that "negative" school that scoff at the concept all together. These are the ones that have never had a fresh Maine lobster dipped in garlic butter. They just don't know.

Then there is the third school of thought..."I wonder if I can order one shipped to Oklahoma". And yes, that is my train of thought! And make it two with a wicked good cup of cahfee. Bon appetit y'all!
