Being A Cheerleader In Utah – The Struggle Is Real
This is what I get for reading "People" magazine. Now, thanks to them, I know that being a cheerleader in Utah is really a struggle. How so? Just wait til you hear this one.
People reported that a high school in Provo allegedly instructed their cheerleaders to not wear their uniforms to school because it was causing a male student to have "impure thoughts". Here's a snippet of what's going on with our neighbors to the south.
...a male student at Timpview High School in Provo, Utah, complained to a school counselor that the uniforms worn by cheerleaders on game day were causing him to have "impure" thoughts in class...
I'm having a hard time remembering how my thought process worked when I was in high school, but I'm pretty sure that if the school board had to meet every time a high school boy had impure thoughts, they'd have to remain in the board room for 4 years straight.
But, I'm here to help. If you happen to have impure thoughts when you see cheerleaders, watch this.
We're all settled down now, right?
