BYU Idaho recently made national news with their War On Porn ad.  Brigham Young University, who is sponsored by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, generated a buzz when the video went viral.

The ad tells the story of a "lonely, confused young man who gets addicted to pornography," and subsequently stops going to church.  His roommates know but don't say anything to him.

Behind footage of military combat, BYU President Kim B. Clark says,

In our modern society, the enemy has spread fear of getting involved when someone's in trouble, and has fostered a social stigma about people who speak up in the face of evil.

As of today, the video has just over 234,000 views, 517 likes, and 1,923 dislikes.

What do you think?  Is the video helpful?
