28 of the Worst Locations You Should Avoid on a First Date in Idaho
Deciding on where to take a first date can be stressful. Public settings that are inviting for both men and women are preferable for a first time meeting, but there are some places that many people agree should never be considered for an ice-breaking rendezvous.
With so many people sparking love connections online these days, meeting in a public place for the first time may not happen until weeks or months after a dialogue has begun. This helps some would-be couples better narrow down first date destinations, but for others, the planning can cause a good deal of anxiety out of fear of disapproval.
Instagram List Points Out Bad First Date Destinations In Idaho For Women
The Instagram lifestyle page TT (TheThizzler) recently shared a list that's gone viral of places most women want to steer clear of on a first date. Many of the spots mentioned can be found throughout southern Idaho. If you're in the early stages of planning a first date, you might want to spend a few minutes reading people's input on the matter before finalizing those plans.
TheThizzler mentioned around 30 first date destination no-no's in their viral post from a few days ago. Church, bowling, your home, family functions, the gym, Applebee's, a movie theater, and places requiring long drives were some of the destinations red-flagged by women for first time rendezvous.
Some of the more than 500 Instagram comments from men and women on the topic included:
- 'Ima take you to the park.'
- 'They want a 5 star restaurant on the first date?! lol I better get some sloppy toppy or we splitting the bill.'
- 'That’s IF she really ain’t find him attractive.. if she actually thinks he’s “FINE” then ANYWHERE/ANYPLACE would make her happy.'
- 'I don’t see the backseat on here.'
Did you ever have a horrible first date, and was it because of the location, not the person?

Sporting events also made the list of cringeworthy first date locations, which I disagree with. An Idaho Steelheads game would make for a great icebreaker. No pun intended.
Alright, it was intended.
