Residents Angry About New Store in the Magic Valley

When new stores open, it is an exciting time to see what has arrived in town. Are there new clothes to shop for, new entertainment, or new food to try? There are constantly new stores moving in and out of town, and it can be hard to keep track at times of what's new, and what has been open for a while, that you may not have noticed yet. A new store is now open in Twin Falls, and while that is usually exciting, this one has caused some controversy. What is this new store? Where is it located? Why is it that people seem to be upset about it coming to the Magic Valley?

New Store Opening in Twin Falls

A new pet store has come to Twin Falls. Idaho Puppy Co is located off of Pole Line and Blue Lakes, in the same shopping center as Barnes and Noble, Jamba Juice, and Five Guys. The store is open from 11 AM to 8 PM Monday through Saturday and is closed on Sundays. As expected, they have a variety of adorable puppies available for sale. You can go in and check them out, and play with them, but be careful, because you may fall in love and want to bring them all home. Each puppy comes with information about their breeders and parents, as well as each one comes with a puppy starter pack, including food. With so much cuteness in one store, how could anyone be angry about this new place opening? There has been some controversy surrounding the new store lately, and this Saturday, there will be an event to express those concerns. 

Controversy With New Store in Twin Falls

Idaho Puppy Co. has two other locations, with one in Nampa, and another in Ontario, Oregon. There have been some on Facebook upset about the store opening, questioning where the puppies come from and the way things are run. This Saturday, there will be a protest in front of the store from 1 PM to 3 PM. The protest will double as a fundraiser for those who want to donate blankets, toys, and dog food, which will then be donated elsewhere.
