Twin Falls Police Arrest Three in Fatal Shooting Investigation
Shooting Incident at Fawnbrook Apartments in Twin Falls
On the evening of July 3, 2024, at 7:22 p.m., the Twin Falls Police Department responded to an emergency call reporting shots fired at the Fawnbrook Apartments, located at 645 Fawnbrook Avenue. Miguel Lawrence Garza, a 35-year-old resident, was found with a gunshot wound and was immediately transported to St. Luke’s Magic Valley Regional Medical Center. Tragically, Garza did not survive his injuries.
Police Investigation
In the days following the incident, the Twin Falls Police Department's officers and detectives worked diligently to gather evidence, interview witnesses, and identify those involved in the shooting. According to the Criminal Investigation Division, all vehicles and individuals previously highlighted in press releases have been located, and there are no outstanding suspects at this time.
Arrests Made
The Twin Falls Police have made several arrests in connection with the case:
- Dustin Aaron Molina, 29, of Twin Falls, has been charged with multiple offenses, including:
- Murder
- Aggravated Assault
- Evidence Destruction, Alteration, or Concealment
- Burglary
- Grand Theft
- Auto Theft
- Roberto Miranda Villa, 26, of Twin Falls, has been charged with Conspiracy - Accessory.
- Karina Lara Martinez, 22, of Twin Falls, has been charged with Auto Theft.
