
Fatal Motorcycle Accident on Highway 30 Near Twin Falls, Idaho
A fatal motorcycle accident in Southern Idaho is being investigated by the Idaho State Police. The accident happened on Friday afternoon, May 15th, at 5:25 PM on Highway 30 between Twin Falls and Filer at mile marker 214.

Fatal Motorcycle Crash Reported Near Twin Falls in Southern Idaho
The accident involved a pickup truck and a motorcycle. The motorcycle rider passed away at a local hospital, and the driver of the pickup truck was medically cleared and then taken into custody for his role in the accident. In the report from the Idaho State Police, this information was shared:
A 39-year-old male from Twin Falls was riding westbound on US30 on a 2013 Harley-Davidson.
A 49-year-old male from Twin Falls was driving southbound on E 2600 N in a 2017 Nissan Frontier.
The Nissan was attempting to cross US30 when the Harley-Davidson collided with the side of the pickup.
Both corners north and south of the intersection to the east are open fields, a home is on the southwest corner, and an auto repair shop is on the northwest corner, where the pickup truck would have been stopped before attempting to cross the highway.
The accident is under investigation by the Idaho State Police.
