Shots Fired in Target Parking Lot in Twin Falls: Arrest Made
There was another shooting in Twin Falls Thursday night and the second in less than a year in the Target parking lot.
This is the 4th shooting in Twin Falls this month.
Shots Fired in Target Parking Lot in Twin Falls
On Thursday, August 22nd Twin Falls Police responded to a report of a shooting in the Target parking lot. Police say the shooting happened near Chick-fil-A and are looking for information from anyone who was in the area and saw what happened.
Arrest Made in Twin Falls Target Parking Lot Shooting
Detectives with the Twin Falls Police Department were able to make an arrest today in connection to the latest Target parking lot shooting. They arrested 18-year-old Ricardo Fierros from Jerome and charged him with aggravated battery.
In mid-November of last year, there was another shooting reported. Police in Ada County arrested Mi’Quavis Taylor in connection to that case. Mi’Quavis was also 18 years old at the time.
Other recent shootings in Twin Falls include 3 this month.
- A man was injured by a gunshot after a fight in downtown Twin Falls on August 9th. TFPD arrested 28-year-old Isaac Jauregui-Ramos in connection to the shooting.
- Shots were fired into an occupied vehicle at the Oasis gas station on Washington Street on August 15th. 34-year-old Zachariah M. Gonzales from Twin Falls was arrested in connection to that shooting.
- Twin Falls Police responded to shots fired at the CSI Campus near the tennis courts on August 21st. Police determined that 3 shots had been fired into an unoccupied vehicle. No arrest had been made in connection to that incident and the victim hasn’t been fully cooperative.
