Kiss have released minor details about their plans for an upcoming world tour in which the band will reportedly retire afterwards.

Following a nearly 50 year career, Gene Simmons, Paul Stanley, Tommy Thayer and Eric Singer, will head out on the road one final time to give Kiss fans all over the world one last banquet of rock and roll. Appearances by original members Ace Frehley and Peter Criss are not expected to be part of the tour, according to the announcement at concertfix.com. The last time all four members toured together (Simmons, Stanley, Criss and Frehley) was 2000.

The band's official website only says that more details about the final tour are coming soon. Gene Simmons is currently playing select shows with his side project, "The Gene Simmons Band," and are performing tonight in Syracuse, according to kissonline.

We will update you further when more details about the tour are released.
