Original Story: Family members in Twin Falls have reported a man missing who might be endangered due to a dementia diagnosis.

On the morning of Friday, August 1, multiple family members of a missing, potentially endangered man contacted the Twin Falls Police Department very concerned. The missing area man could be a danger to himself due to his medical condition.

Twin Falls Man With Dementia Reported Missing By Family

Raymond Dyer, a Twin Falls resident, has been reported missing by his son, according to details shared on Magic Valley Rants and Raves.

The man's son stated in the post that his father was not at his residence when his wife awoke in the morning.

The entire post reads: 'Ok Twin Falls friends, my dad has gone missing. My mom woke up and he wasn't there. If y'all can keep an eye out he does have medical needs (has dementia). Picture is the most recent. Twin Falls PD is also looking for him'.

Raymond's reported dementia diagnosis does make him potentially a danger to himself depending on the advancement of the disease. Patients being treated for dementia are known to wander and sometimes have difficulty remembering their way back home.

Another relative added that he could be in the area of Willis Toyota, located at 318 Shoshone Street West, in Twin Falls.
