Every now and then, I enjoy passing along unique Magic Valley Airbnb's that I come across. I found this listing in Hagerman that has crazy nice views and ducks.
What would you do if you saw a duck pacing back and forth and quacking nervously? (We'd probably be really confused -- what's a duck doing in our living room??) Fortunately, the police and animal control officers in the video above were able to make sense out of the situation, and rescue all of the duck's ducklings, which were trapped in a sewer.
Here's a little something to brighten your day. A flock of ducks was rescued from a bird hoarder who had never taken them to water. This is video footage of their first collective swim. But first, a wacky bit of duck herding, which is always good for a laugh...
Ten confused ducklings in Fort Myers, Florida found themselves caught in the middle of a busy intersection. Luckily, police officer Glenn Eppler spotted the tiny tykes.
With the help of an animal-loving passerby, Eppler was able to round the ducklings up and escort them to their mother, who was in a grassy area close to the road.
