Bob Barker has stepped in and is against the Ag-Gag Bill, but what say you?

According to NewsRadio 1310:

If Otter signs the bill, anyone who films or records on an agricultural operation without permission will face up to a year in jail. That’s double the maximum penalty for animal cruelty under Idaho law.

I will say that BEFORE I read the entire above bill I was against this.  After reading it, I'm for it.  Here's what changed my mind:

To me, if you see that something is wrong where you work and you speak up, that makes you a whistle-blower.  Even though all of us should always do the right thing, I'll be honest with you, that's not easy.  So whistle-blowers need protection.

18-7042. INTERFERENCE WITH AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTION. (1) A person commits the crime of interference with agricultural production if the person knowingly:

14 (a) Is not employed by an agricultural production facility and enters

To me, this law does nothing bad to the employee and hence protects the employee whistle-blower.  This law harms someone who is trespassing on private property.  So I'm FOR this law.  What about you?
