Man Gives What is Quite Possibly the Greatest Rant Ever [VIDEO]

Mark Sidran was the city attorney in Seattle, Washington when the city passed a slew of ‘civility laws’, that resulted in crackdowns on minor infractions like sitting on the sidewalk, and sleeping in parks.  One man was arrested for using the ‘F’ word, and decided he would address city council to voice his displeasure.  What follows is what could very well be the greatest rant ever.
