Twin Falls has no shortage or chain restaurants but it's the local, unassuming diners that are some of the best.

I've been going to the Buffalo Cafe for close to 30 years. And every weekend, The Buffalo Cafe has a line outside and around the door. And it's worth the wait. The food is good, the portions are ample, and it's impossible to enter without running into at least on person that you know. It's local dining at its best.
