Use A Cross Walk Or I’ll Run You Over!

On my drive into work this morning, I noticed someone standing in the middle of the road with their bicycle trying to cross Blue Lakes.

There was no cross walk and they were wearing black.  So I'm really glad I saw them.  Because the last thing I want to do is accidentally run someone over.   Believe that or not.  :-)

Seriously, in this case it would not be my fault if I were to hit them, but I still don't want to kill anyone!

When I was a kid and honestly, my mom still does this now, we used a cross walk every time, we waited till the light changed and we have to hold hands (this is the embarrassing part).

Now I'm sure you've heard me bitch either online or on-air about how certain rules are stupid and blah blah...don't tell me what to do government!  Well, in this case, some people are too dumb to think for themselves.

In short, pedestrians please stop crossing Blue Lakes in the middle of the road.  I don't want to have to run you over.
