For Yellowstone fans, the much-anticipated wait for the fifth season's premiere ends in just a few days. Rip, John, Beth, Kayce, and the rest of the Dutton clan have some payback coming for wrongs done to them in the previous season.

Whether you watch the insanely popular drama series Yellowstone for the cowboys, the Beth and Rip onscreen romance, the incredible Montana cinematography, or for other reasons, it's a show that has mass appeal. I've been a fan since season one kicked off in the fall of 2018.

The Paramount Network will release the brand new season of the Kevin Costner-led series on Sunday, November 13. The news was dropped weeks ago on the show's Instagram site. The popularity of Yellowstone has continued to grow each year, and it's currently one of the most streamed series in America.

The ranch the show is filmed at is located in the Bitterroot River Valley in Montana. The Chief Joseph Ranch allows public reservations during the months production isn't taking place. The remainder of 2022 is booked for events.

Yellowstone's plot centers around the trials and tribulations of the Dutton family, who run the largest cattle ranch in the state. The show also features some pretty great music from bands that pass through southern Idaho from time to time. Whiskey Myers is a familiar group that performs often at Gordy's Hwy 30 Music Festival in Filer, and grew in popularity thanks to the series' tremendous soundtrack.

This weekend will no doubt be an exciting one for fans of the show.
