Dining somewhere that offers a view of the ocean makes the experience that much more memorable. When it comes to fast food, Americans aren't accustomed to having such an option, unless you live 45 miles west of San Jose, California.

No one wants sand in their Chalupa Supreme.

I ate a tremendous amount of fast food growing up. Taco Bell was my preferred lunch stop while in high school. I used to pile into the back of a friend's truck with others to catch a ride there for my usual soft taco and 7-layer burrito combination. Nowadays, I might eat there once every four months or so.

I once worked at a seafood restaurant at the end of a pier in Southern California. It wasn't the best job I've ever had, but nothing rivals the location 30 years later. Located northwest and just up the coast from California's Silicon Valley is the oceanfront city of Pacifica. The city is known for being home to the world's most stunning Taco Bell.

The company itself features the location on its "12 Beautiful Taco Bells You Never Knew Existed" list on the website. There's even a walk-up window for those sitting on the beach or surfing to use. Pretty bitchin' huh!

Next time you find yourself on California's Central Coast, throw a chair on the sand and grab yourself some Taco Bell, and enjoy the incredible Pacific Ocean. Just watch out for kids kicking sand around you while you eat. No one wants sand in their Chalupa Supreme.
