A California man has become the latest to be branded a Yellowstone National Park 'touron' after a video was shared of him standing within inches of a major park thermal pool earlier this month.

It is illegal for Yellowstone Park visitors to walk into restricted areas near hot springs and thermal pools, and using recording devices outside of designated walking areas will also get a person in hot water with park security.

CA Rapper Records Himself Breaking Yellowstone Park Rules

Getting too close to hot springs by entering into restricted spaces is a huge no-no, and aside from messing with park animals, it might be the biggest crime a visitor could commit within Yellowstone Park boundaries. The California man was posting the live video to ask fans what sites he should explore inside the park, according to details shared by sfgate.com.

The rapper, who goes by Doeboi909, shared the live stream of himself off the boardwalk and just inches from Mammoth Hot Springs, which is strictly forbidden. There has been no information shared as to whether or not the man will be punished in some form for the May 4 incident.
