Father Of The Year Goes To….
Finally a story NOT from Florida. So 52 year old Michael Varano of Bridgewater, Massachusetts is accused of three home break-ins and burglaries. Here’s the catch, he brought his daughter along for the break-ins. Starting em young or amazing parenting? More after the jump.
Honestly, this story is kind of sad. According to police:
"He stated that he was on disability from the city of Brockton,” Sgt. Thomas LaGrasta said. “And that his wife had changed jobs and he has three kids and he needed some money." He told police he didn’t feel comfortable leaving her in the car.
See, this is a sad story and at least he didn’t leave her in the car? Right? Besides the burglary charges, he could also face reckless endangerment charges for bringing his daughter along. That said, I get that his situation blows, but I don’t think he made it any better. Desperate people do desperate things I guess.
