Idaho Potato Nachos Are Not What You Think But They Are Delicious

This is not Sparta. This is Idaho and we make stuff out of potatoes.

There is a pretty new Youtube channel called Idaho Potato Videos, and guess what - they make videos about Idaho potatoes! Specifically recipe videos. There is an interesting video where the lovely chef Emily Ellyn makes donuts with mashed potatoes as a main ingredient.

The recipe that really got my attention though was for the potato nachos. I was curious - were the chips going to be potato chips or use mashed potatoes as a topping? Turns out, nope. The chips are actually tater tots and you top them like you would nachos.

Still delicious, but still deceptive too.
