Considering there is a blood donation shortage nationwide, blood donation centers would be a big pull for a vampire. When hapless night wanderers are scarce, a backup plan is always a good thing to have. Of course, if nobody is donating to the centers, would there be more blood in the people? Don’t the people just make more? Quite the puzzler.
