When Fall rolls into Southern Idaho, there are certain thing you have to take advantage of. Cooler weather means you can finally head outdoors and walk the canyon rim without melting. You can start assembling your Halloween decorations (ok, you can put them up too), and you have to start adding the haunted attractions, pumpkin patches, and corn and straw bale mazes to your calendar.

That time is almost here. We’ve already had some cooler weather and the straw bale maze is about to open in Twin Falls.

The Tubbs Berry Farm Straw Bale Maze and Pumpkin Patch Open Soon

The straw bale maze at Tubbs Berry Farm each year is an experience you can’t get anywhere else. Corn mazes are cool, but there’s no cheating or cutting corners in a straw bale maze. With massive bales of straw towering around you, you will get lost, and you will love it.

The Tubbs crew has been working hard to build the maze and you’ll get to experience it for free on September 18th if you win tickets below. Last year, the maze was shaped like a rubber ducky, this year...is still a secret. A photo of the progress from the side of the maze was posted on social media: can you tell what it’s going to be?

After the Tubbs Straw Bale Maze opens on the 18th, you can walk down the street to the Haunted Swamp, which also opens on the 18th.

Then you only have to wait a week for the corn maze to open at BlueRock on the north side of Twin Falls.
