Southern Idaho Restaurant Items We Can’t Stop Craving
Food cravings are something every human has to deal with. Whether it's salty, spicy, or sweet, many southern Idaho residents visit their favorite eateries frequently to satisfy the body's need to feed.
While I don't have what people refer to as a 'sweet tooth', I do suffer from my share of food cravings. Fried chicken and blue cheese are two big ones for me. When going out for pizza, I choose places that have salad bars so I can drown my lettuce and croutons is this creamy, chunky, delicious dressing.
The Southern Idaho Food Items That Torture Us The Most
A bucket of fried chicken just might be the final meal I would ask for if I were awaiting execution for committing some hideous crime; don't worry, I really have no plans to.
I've spent the past several days talking to and texting southern Idaho residents about what restaurant items they crave the most. I got some great responses on eateries from Boise to Twin Falls.
Pizza is one of the items that got mentioned a lot. The Hell's Canyon pizza (also has blue cheese on it) from the Idaho Pizza Company got a couple of mentions. Lucy's Pizzeria at the 2nd South Market in Twin Falls also gets talked about a lot.

Here are some other responses I got:
Nachos - Both the Ground Round in Twin Falls and Legends Sports Pub next to the IMAX theater in Boise have unreal nacho plates that keep the cravings coming.
Burgers - My coworker tells everyone who stops by that the T & T Cafe in Hansen serves the best burger around.
BBQ - The Smokey Bone in Twin Falls is a local favorite.
Cheese Curds - Culver's gets the nod here.
French Dip - The Anchor Bistro & Bar in Twin Falls has apparently won a lot of people over.
Margarita - The Blackberry Margarita at Garibaldi's in Twin Falls is spectacular and I know many people that like to wrap up the work week with one.
Ice Cream - The Cloverleaf Creamery is a definite addiction for area foodies.
French Fries - Red Robbin has some grubbin fries, and they are bottomless.
Shakes - Twin Falls Shake Out is the spot to go for frozen, sugary goodness.
