Where Should We Send The Toilet?

We found this on our lawn this morning:

It’s a piece of pretty smart viral marketing courtesy of the American Cancer Society.  Maybe you’ve seen one of these where you are today?  Basically, you pay a $5 fee and those responsible will come take it away.  OR you can pay $10 and they’ll send it to someone else.

We like option #2 but we can’t decide where to send it.  I figured that you would have some ideas.  Submit your idea.  If you “win”, we’ll pay the $10 and send the toilet to someone (somewhere?) on your behalf.
